This is not the case if only part of the plant is damaged (mainly leaves). The buyer should be aware that this is a factor that can occur during the delivery process.

The refund amount is 50% of the total plant amount excluding the plant quarantine certificate issuance fee and shipping fee.[\/vc_column_text][vc_empty_space][vc_column_text]5.
