1. To get a new plant by reshipment or a refund, the buyer must return the damaged plant.
(The condition of the original packaging must be the same as the condition in which the plant was received. If the leaf or stem is cut or the plant is divided, it cannot be returned.)
2. To prove that the reason for the damage to the plant was in the delivery process, the buyer must send the unboxing video to the seller.
3. Refund or reshipment of a new plant is only possible if all parts of the plant are damaged. This is not the case if only part of the plant is damaged (mainly leaves). The buyer should be aware that this is a factor that can occur during the delivery process.
4. The refund amount is 50% of the total plant amount excluding the plant quarantine certificate issuance fee and shipping fee.
5. After receiving and inspecting your return, we will let you know your refund is approved. Once approved, your original payment method will automatically refund you. Depending on your bank or credit card company, the refund process may take some time.
6. The buyer should pay for the return fee.
