1. International shipping takes approximately 3 weeks.

2. A laboratory test will be conducted to issue a phytosanitary certificate, and if it fails here, a retest will be conducted and the process may take a little more time.

3. The seller is responsible for the plant quarantine until it is shipped. the buyer is responsible for any issues arising from quarantine and customs procedures in buyer’s country after delivery.

4. Tariffs and fees incurred in the buyer’s country must be paid by the buyer. Please check the relevant regulations before purchasing.

5. Delivery regulations required by the buyer’s country must be informed in advance, otherwise the seller is not responsible for any problems that arise.

6. If an import license is required in the buyer’s country, the buyer must prepare it in advance, otherwise the seller is not responsible for any problems that arise.

7. When exporting CITES plants, we ship them in tissue cultured state. In this case, we have a minimum order quantity and may incur additional costs.

8. The seller will safely package and ship the plants, but the buyer should be fully aware that problems may occur with the plants during the long delivery process.

9. All the plant photos on the website are the latest ones taken directly from the farm, but they may differ a little from the actual product.

10. If there is a problem during the delivery process and the plant is damaged, the seller will resend the same plant only once or refund 50% of the total amount.

11. The seller has the right to restrict the sale of retail quantities supplied to resellers and distributors.

12. The minimum order amount must exceed 200 dollars.

13. The payment must be completed before the goods are shipped.

14. These Terms and Conditions may be added, deleted or changed without notice. It is your responsibility to read and understand these.

15. All purchases, and these terms and conditions, are subject to the laws of Republic of Korea .
